About Me
Welcome to Ecolibrium Consulting!My name is Aryuna and I am the founder and lead consultant at Ecolibrium Consulting. I grew up on the shores of the world’s deepest freshwater lake situated in south-eastern region of Russia, in the Republic of Buryatia. Lake Baikal and the surrounding homeland is a special and sacred place for me. Growing up in a small community in Buryatia helped me learn about myself, my culture, ancestors, and spirituality. My upbringing taught me the most important values in life including the importance of community.I am a nonprofit development professional with a diverse legal education background. My 8+ years of experience in social and environmental project management, strategic planning and fundraising allowed me to develop exceptional organizational and communication skills. Through Ecolibrium Consulting I hope to build a capacity, expand your reach, increase your impact and bring more sustainability in your mission.I am inspired by using data and creative thinking to solve current social & environmental issues and improve people’s lives.
